What would you do if you had one week to live? You wouldn’t bitch about the government or get into fights with friends, coworkers and associates. I would probably eat out and spend quality time with loved ones. What if you spent each week that way? I am going to try to do that with respect to personal relationships. I can’t quit work and I want to look good for the summer so I can’t eat out too much.

In a similar vain, Google Steve Job’s standford commencement speech. In it, he talks about needing a passion of life. Since he faced his own mortality he asked the question about whether, if today was the last day of your life, and you were standing in front of the mirror, would you look at yourself and say “yes, I’m doing what I want to be doing.”
